Recipe for Utica Greens

TC | May 12, 2006 11:47 AM

I'm posting this recipe for Utica Greens in response to a posting on General Topics. The OP was asking what specific foods US states are famous for.

One resulting post (Hi Junie D) requested a recipe for this favorite of mine from my Utica days. Please let me know how you like it!

½ t. dried parsley
½ t. ea. Onion & garlic powder
½ t. paprika
