Best Recipe Software

I can't count the recipes I've come across, made, said, "mmmmm. We'll have this again!" and can't locate the recipe again. I am a collector of cookbooks and have well over 100. In addition, over the past few decades, I've created several of my own recipes that I've jotted on scraps of paper, etc. I would love to preserve these for my children and get all of the good recipes from various sources into a single, sortable database that is also printable. Would also love to be able to load my own pics of my creations.

I don't really care about the cost, just the function. Any recommendations?
