Does anyone know Sido's recipe for grape leaves? It may have changed recently - I went to the one on 80thish and Amst. recently and they weren't nearly as good as they'd always been. But up until then, I'd thought they were the best I'd ever had - they have tomato paste in them, no meat, and are pretty sour (in a good way). I'd always seek them out at that annoying roving street fair that imposes itself on a different neighborhood every weekend in the summer. Now I've moved out of NY, and want to make them on my own. If anyone knows of or can get me the recipe, I would be forever grateful.
