hello. i've been looking through my books for a recipe for rye bread--just the plain Jewish rye with caraway seeds and the shiny crust; not the dense, sour, nutty kind i tend to find a lot here in England.
every recipe i've seen is different! anyone out there have a favorite that you'd like to share?
i've had really bad luck with baking lately (four recent failed attempts with cake and cupcakes), and i'm hoping that bread might help me lift the black cloud!
