Hello! Does anyone have a great recipe for a ravioli made from wonton wrappers? I made a kick ass mushroom ravioli this way last year and I lost the recipe!! I think it may have been Giada's recipe, but I am making it as part of a course and I really don't want to guess.
Since they take some time and effort, I thought I woul dcheck here first. I searched all my cookbooks, but I rather have first hand knowlegde here. I hate really rich and heavy sauces. Any help I appreciate!!
