Need help with recipe: poppy seed cake from Kramer's Pastries • New York • Yorkville

BakingFool27 | Oct 19, 201901:02 PM     1

Trying to locate a recipe for the poppy seed cake sold at the old Kramer's Pastries. The Kramer family's bakery was at 1643 Second Avenue in Yorkville from 1953 to 1999. We really want to recreate the cake that's remembered so fondly, even when associate bakers from the Eastern Bloc used altogether too many poppy seeds :) Any help will be most appreciated.
