Recipe for pan bagnat??

hi,
i recently had a pan bagnat at Mocca in san francisco, and it was delicious - tuna nicoise on a baguette, which i reheated later when the oil had soaked into the bread.

would anyone have a good recipe similar to this? i'd love to serve it to my family and it seems the perfect lunch to prepare ahead of time and throw in the oven, foil wrapped. thanks!!
