Need recipe - Pad Thai - prefer a "quick and dirty" method

Got the rice noodles (these are about 1/4" wide, 1-pound pkg).

Got the tamarind paste.

Got the bean sprouts, fish sauce, scallion, and the usual stuff in the fridge (eggs, garlic, etc) - doing without lime (lemon instead?) and palm sugar (plain sugar plus some molasses will do?)

Does anybody have a reasonably simple recipe?

Can anyone suggest how long noodles that size will need to be soaked, how much longer they'll take to cook?

How much tamarind paste - any tricks to dissolving it for use?
