Recipe Needed: “Maple Syrup & Mustard Glazed Poussins (Cornish game hens)

I’m away for the holiday and I’m supposed to make, “Maple Syrup & Mustard Glazed Poussins (Cornish game hens)”.

The only problem is that I don’t have my copy of the cookbook (and the recipe isn’t posted online).

So I am hoping to find someone on Chowhound who has access to a copy of Williams-Sonoma’s “Complete Entertaining Cookbook: The Best of Festive and Casual Occasions”, and is willing to post a photo of the recipe!
