HELP! Moved from the East Bay about 3 years ago and cannot find the New York Sausage Company's Italian sausage in this area (Wyoming). The only way I can obtain it is to buy lots when I visit family, have friends bring some when they visit me. I now want to try my hand at making my own so I can have a steady supply. I have tried to find recipes online but without knowing the ingrediants they use I am sure it will not taste the same. Any ideas?
