They contain wheat flour, soybean meal, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, peanuts, rye meal, oats, flax seeds and sesame. They are hearty like real whole wheat bread but not as dense as Vollkornbrot, or as moist. They have no trace at all of sourdough flavor.
Has anyone made something similar? I've never had anything like these in the US.
