Last fall I came across about a bushel and a half of roasted green chilis, and I don't really know what to do with them. I'm new to the area and have never cooked with them before.
I'd really like to find recipes that focus on the chilis; so far I've been using them to help season other dishes. I've eaten green chili at restaurants before and it was amazing, but I don't know where to find a good recipe.
Any suggestions (especially those that come with links to recipes!)?
