I want to make jambalaya for a party of around 25 people but don't want to be fussing at the last minute. Several years ago I went to a party where the hostess finished the jambalaya in the oven and it was great - as good as my traditional recipe. Does anyone have a recipe for this method?
Open to seafood, chicken, pork, whatever. I did find some recipes when I googled and will use in a pinch, but I would prefer a hound recipe, if possible.
