I repost this thread by adding my recipe (although everything is explained in the video):

It is my own creation. France - Korean dish.
Dish name: the Korean Sandwichi
Question: it is good but not perfect. Any suggestion to improve it?
Please add any suggestions, I will try them.

I have been asked to share the recipe by writing, so here it is:

French Baguette
Tomato, Lettuce, eggs, Parmesan

Korean Red Pepper paste
Korean Soy sauce, Sesame oil, Sesame leaves
Green onion, Shallot, Garlic, salt, sugar, pepper

Meat Seasoning sauce: 120 g ground beef
18 g (1 tablespoon) soy sauce
6 g (½ tablespoons) sugar
9 g (2 teaspoons) minced green onion
5.5 g (1 teaspoon) minced garlic
0.3 g (⅛ teaspoons) ground black pepper
4 g (1 teaspoon) sesame oil

fried red pepper paste
95 g (5 tablespoons) red pepper paste
20 g minced beef
9 g (2 teaspoons) minced green onion
5.5 g (1 teaspoon) minced garlic
90 g (6 tablespoons) water
18 g (1½ tablespoons) sugar
19 g (1½ tablespoons) sesame oil

Stir-fry beef seasoned mix in preheated pan on medium heat for 3 minutes
Add red pepper paste, sugar and sesame oil, stir-fry for 5 minutes Add water into it, stir-fry for another 3 minutes to make fried red pepper paste.

Separate the egg white and yoke and make separate omelette.
Toast your baguette and put the lettuce, white omelette, sliced tomato, yellow omelette, sesames leaved. on top of it, put some parmesan and the hot korean mix.
