Mondays with Jesse is an amazing experience. He has never repeated a dish in 2 years and the dishes meals vary greatly in style, region etc.10 courses.

Amuse Bouche: Oyster was a very good start
Beef Heart rolled, melon accompaniment - delicious
Branzino crudo w/crab, dashi, caviar- heaven
Potato salad w/ tete de veau, gribiche, parsnip chips- good dish
Pork Belly in an apple cider/apple butter,pickled apples - hearty, perfect
Lobster with uni sauce and seared foie gras port sauce- best dish of the year
Potato crusted fluke,aerated mousseline, fried bone marrow in Syrah sauce- great taste with many texture and flavor profiles.
squid ink Paella( not really) w/smoked abalone,langoustine,poussin leg,persillade
Quail pressed with crispy chicken skin, caper sauce, kale and quail egg- great dish
Veal Tenderloin w/ bulgar, black truffle, sunchoke: great course before dessert
Desserts: Grapefruit cannoli, black vinegar cake, chocolates
This was a fabulous meal, very creative. No repeating of flavors, one of the best tastings i've had anywhere. I recommend highly, 2nd monday of each month.
Atmosphere: much quieter than the normal Recette, tables removed, Jesse cooks.
