Real Szechuan food in Exton

Ed | Aug 7, 2005 11:49 AM

Found a real Szechuan restaurnt in the far burbs thanks to a Taiwanese colleague. China Bistro (not PF Chang's)in Exton is fabulous. Went for lunch last Sunday and had:
-Lettuce cups (chicken, water chestnuts, Szechuan preserved vegetable) - very good
-Shredded beef Szechuan style (shreds of beef cooked in oil with dried chilis and lots of Szechuan peppercorns) - a big buzz in the mouth on top of the heat - Great
-Szechuan eggplant - delicious

The regular menu is American Chinesse. Ask for the Chinese menu which has brief descriptions in English.
