I live in Northern Virginia and I keep trying to find "the real thing" (i.e., pizza). the only one that comes close is Lucerno's at Tyson's Corner (they're the only ones who put oregano/basil and a bit of olive oil on the pie!). I'm about to give up on my quest. I've heard over & over again that "it's the water" when it comes to perfecting that exquisite crust you only seem to find in the northeast. Is this a lost cause???
