My daughter is attending the Aspen music festival for the summer. She loves and is addicted to inexpensive ethnic food ,having lived in Queens, the epicenter of ethnic everything for the last 4 years. She'll be happy to drive out of Aspen for a great taco, pad thai, knish,chicken fried steak or whatever else anyone knows about. HELP!!!!!!! I can't bear to think of her relegated to cafeteria food for 9 weeks and the restaurants in Aspen are too trendy and expensive!
