I just read a post on Serious Eats about foods the writer loved while living in China and she waxed so rhapsodic about the deliciousness of real Shaoxing wine (aged, not salted) that now I'm dying to find some. Is there anywhere in Northern NJ or Manhattan to find some? I'd prefer not to have to trek to Queens--even if it is closer than Shaoxing province..
Thanks!
