They were shelled with skins on. The flavor is deeply peanutty and earthy. Yuk. Even hubby doesn't like them and he's a garbage disposal.
They don't taste rancid like when oil goes off. They were tossed with egg white, spices and roasted at 250 for 45 minutes. All the other nuts in the mix taste good.
So,what's the deal? Should I treat them differently or are they stale?
