It turns out that Organic Pastures near Fresno, Ca sells raw dairy products which I bought at Rainbow Grocery in San Francisco so I have now discovered the joy of Real Milk. Yeehaw!
Besides drinking it, I made some truly awesome peach ice cream.
One of the benefits of raw milk is that if you find it souring, you can just add some live culture yogurt to it, set it out and watch it morph into a tasty treat that's good for you.
But what else? I've begun dreaming of making my own raw cheese. Any suggestions? Any reference to where I should go to learn more?
