I love ravioli and would love to make fresh ravioli, but I'm really not excited about acquiring any more kitchen equipment of the large pasta roller variety...
Has anyone successfully made tasty pasta by rolling the dough with a rolling pin? If so, do you have tips and/or dough recipes that worked best.
I have tried the lazy gal's method of using pre-made potsticker skins and they were just so-so.
Alternatively, does anyone have anything positive to say about the pasta-maker attachment to a KitchenAid mixer?
