I'm not sure if it's me but it seems the rave over kale seems to have fizzled out? Are people still cooking/eating it?

I did a few recipes trying to incorporate it into my dishes and diet but I never really blew me away.

I think the most successful dish was a kale and chickpea curry recipe I cooked up which was just a really simple collaboration of rapeseed oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fried onion, garlic, plum tomatoes, chickpeas, red chilli powder, turmeric and kale.

Does anyone have any other more exciting recipes? I'm really keen to keep it in my diet and use it more in my cooking but in need of some inspiration!
