I posted on POP 127 4th Ave (bet 12 and 13th), 767-1800 on Dec 10 on this board and must again. It is no longer in Zagat (but was in the 2000), and I'm eager to let people know how good I think it is. Apps: shrimp in delish thin pastry, special foie gras with berry reduction, traditional shrimp cocktail (spicy tom sauce) on ice. Mains: sea bass with ginger noodles --some chile and corriander also evident--was terrific, as were the veal chop, roast chicken. Service was good (better than last time). Several people in bar in front, restaurant pretty quiet. This is probably a place that draws the late crowd, but my sense it is that it is not doing as well as it deserves.
