Raspberry Jam

I have two pints of homemade raspberry jam. Neither my husband or I eat it on toast, biscuits, etc. I'm not much of a baker, but was wondering if I could use it for tarts or a pie. If so, do I need to do anything to it before filling the tart/pie shell?
