Rasika--Need Advice Soon!

I will be going here for dinner tomorrow and would like some recommendations.

As some of you may know, I tend to not like heavy food. Thus, I'm excited to see Rasika's fresh and modern take on Indian food, which I rarely eat. I have a very limited knowledge of this cuisine and this place (even though I worked in London for a while!). I'm most likely leaning towards a non-saucy/non-fried fish or chicken dish. I was thinking of one of the tandoori (Barramunsdi, tandoori chicken or tandoori chicken tikka--what's the difference between the two chickens?) Any suggestions?

Of their entrees, has anyone has their black cod, shrimp pepper masala, fish caldine or any of their chicken entrees?

I read throught their menu and it's a little confusing. Do they have a lot of small plates or are some dishes just significantly cheaper than others. What kind of sides come with these dishes?

One last note, my dining partner is keeping Passover and won't be able to have any rice or bread. To add to that, she has some stomach problem that she can't eat anything that's greasy/oily/fried or dairy-base. She can have yogurt, though, because of some enzymes in it. I don't think she'll have a problem with a protein, but what sides--veggie-base, can she get.
