Rare Two (Vancouver, High-end, pictures)

Well I tried posting these pictures of my dinner with my wife this weekend in the original thread about Rare that Deborah started. The posting attempt was a bit disastrous as you can see:


I had a fantastic dinner with my wife at Rare "Two" this weekend. We had the March Tasting Menu ($45 per) with the upgraded wine pairings ($65 per) . We also ordered a dozen oyster done two ways and a few cocktails (servers choice)....quite a few...

The service was impeccable as usual. Our server was very knowledgeable and knew how each dish was prepared with incredible detail. He also contextualized the wine pairing very well. Dish of the night - the Elk sous vide. Dessert of the night - the Ginger Cake.
