Raisin focaccia at Delessio's

jilblu | Jul 2, 2002 09:23 PM

Delessio's (Market at Valencia) has a really good raisin focaccia. It's about 10" in diameter, with golden raisins, and it's slightly salty and loaded with olive oil. I think they make it there, and it costs around $2.50 (I think). One thing to watch out for: this focaccia is so drenched in olive oil that it made a big round stain on my wooden cutting board that will take me years to get out.
