I've just ordered a raclette grill as a Christmas gift for my husband and now, of course, I need to know what sort of cheese to use to make it authentic. The recipes I've found all refer to "Swiss raclette cheese," but will the sales person at Ideal know what I mean when I ask for that? An actual name would be so helpful. Anybody?
