This Thanksgiving, we have a sizable audience eager to try the Quorn roast after hearing so many great things about it. Now, roasting 4 roasts at the same time is really impractical in my oven, so, I wanted to ask you wonderful people if you had heard of roasting the meatless Quorn ahead of time (say by a day) and reheating it for the T-day? How should it be stored and reheated? I could roast two a day before and two the day of.
