Using Quoc Viet Pho Base

eimac4 | Nov 4, 201810:58 AM     5

The recipe on the canister and the recipes I have found on the Internet all call for using the whole canister which will make several gallons of broth. Has anyuone used this to make smaller amounts of pho? If so, what proportions of chicken, ginger and onion did you use?
