Last week, I found myself in the Detroit airport waiting for a connecting flight. Quizno's seemed like the easiest, quickest option to get a quick bite to eat. It had been several years since the last time I ate a Quizno's sandwich. I had the signature Black Angus sandwich that included what they call a Zesty Grille Sauce. I thought the sandwich was quite good (I was famished) and I wish to make the sauce at home. I did an internet search for a recipe to clone the sauce but came up empty. Are there any current or former Quizno's employees out there that know anything about the ingredients to this sauce? Or is there anybody who has had better luck in finding a recipe for the sauce on-line? I have not been back to Quizno's since that time, but I suppose I'll go back and see if I can get some of the sauce on the side so I can taste it alone and possibly figure it out.
