My mom made a big batch of quince paste (her neighbor has a tree and she got boxes of fruit) and she gave me two big plastic containers of it (I guess about 4-5 pounds). She made it about two weeks ago and I have it in the fridge. It's great to eat with cheese, but I don't want to get tired ot it -- if I freeze it, will this ruin the texture? Also, please give suggestions on how to eat the stuff (I eat it with cheese, with bread, and I have made cakes with it also -- other ideas?). Thanks!!
