Last fall, we took a trip up to the Finger Lakes, and I picked up a few nice bottles of wine. We still have a few left, and I wonder whether any of them will benefit from further storage, or should I start drinking them as soon as possible.
Here's what's still sitting in the cellar:
Reisling (semi-dry): 2008. 2009
Pinot Noir: 2006, 2007
Cabernet Sauvignon: 2009
I also have a Michigan Gewürztraminer, vintage 2007 that picked up on a visit last March, and a Virginia Barbara (Barboursville) 2003 that has been sitting for a while.
