Quick RIB answer needed ASAP please!

smilingal | Sep 6, 201507:55 PM     7

cooked 6 racks of ribs - each wrapped in foil(obviously not tight enough so I now have to set my oven to self clean before the company tomorrow!) - cooked on 250 for 2 1/2 hours. Do I leave them in the foil packets and fridge overnight or do I take them out of the foil packets and also discard the juices in the foil?
Also - when I grill them tomorrow - planning on a 250 grill if I can get it, I think I am supposed to grill them directly on the grates(gas) - is that correct?
I hope some of you chime in ASAP so that I know what to do with the ribs that are sitting on my counter!
