In a word: WOW!
I had a lunchtime appointment bail on me. I was hungry and a bit perturbed, so it was time for food. Had heard many good things about Ganesh so in i went. My only problem was my own... I showed up a bit late as some of the dishes (pakoras and dosa, mostly) were not replenished. What I did have was thoroughly enjoyable, and the service was good to boot.
Tandoori chicken, chicken tikka masala, tons of vegetarian dishes, a lentil soup... all were standout, especially given we're talking buffet fare.
Quite possibly the best raita I've ever had... a bit soupy, but studded with crunchy veggies. i went through three bowls of it. The mint chutney was slightly on the salty side... the tomato chutney was sublime.
The lunch buffet was $8.99, with $1.75 for my soft drink. Along with tip, I enjoyed 3+ teeming plates of food for under $14. SCORE!!!
