Hello fellow Chowhounds! I'm looking for some ideas regarding high protein meals for after high intensity strength training.
A little background; I am a new power lifter and spend at least 2 nights during the work week at the barbell club, along with a few hours on Saturday. I work till 5 or so Monday thru Friday and, on days when I go to lift, don't get home till 8:30 or so.
High protein is best but I am not carb-phobic at all. I've been trying to prep on Sunday and Monday for the rest of the week but am struggling.
