A quick breakfast that I often make for my daughters is a very ripe advocado mashed up with canned tuna, a dash of olive oil and a sprinkle of toasted seasame seeds. ( Add salt if necessary). This is really filling and tastes lovely on its own or served with toast, oat biscuits or maiz cakes.

Its really quick to make and you only need to dirty one bowl...
