Need a quick DIY Cold Smoker!

have some pork belly curing and would like to cold smoke it.

Saw some youtube videos where a soddering gun was used to cold smoke cheese.

Can i do the same using 2 soddering guns ( for smoke)

is that enough smoke do you think ?

The Bacon is 8 pounds total but cut into 7 strips about 2.5 inches
