quick chawan mushi ratios?

I remember my mom used to have a quick and easy ratio for liquid:eggs for chawan mushi. It wasn't as fancy as restaurant chawan mushi, just a plain steamed egg recipe.

Does anyone have this ratio, and/or steaming temperature and time? I know there was a steamed egg thread awhile ago, but it's eluding me. TIA
