quiche questions

I'm making two quiche for Christmas brunch. I'm using frozen pie shells.
Should I pre bake the shells, and if so, for how long? Also, ideally is quiche tastier when it is pre made and reheated, or baked and eaten same day? I'm using ham and broccoli.
