Will someone who knows Greek food please enlighten me on souvlaki. Isn't it supposed to be made with actual chunks of meat, such as chunks of lamb? Is it supposed to made with that indeterminate meat stuff, which I think they call gyros in some places?? I'm so confused....

Also, can anyone in New York tell me where you can get good souvlaki in Manhattan or Brooklyn? (Unfortunately, I cannot make the trek to Queens in the near future.) Thanks for any advice.
