I've been reading the old threads with some mention of Silga Teknika, and I understand they are hard to find the US anymore. I found some at a discount store and picked up the casserole/dutch oven. Any other suggestions or recommendations on other pieces to consider? I saw mainly braisers or what the web site called low saucepans with rather high domed lids, some stock pots. I was trying to figure the best use for this sized pan -- they were almost like a saute pan without a handle.
