I have a few questions:
1) Which is considered more prestigious for a restaurant to receive--a three star Michelin rating or a five star Mobile rating?
2) Is the Michelin rating primarily for European restaurants or does it include American restaurants as well?
3) How do people get these jobs where they dine anonymously at fine restaurants and report their results to Michelin, Mobile, or whatever other rating service they work for? Is training provided?
