Some questions re Pittsburg/Antioch area

jen maiser | Sep 16, 200303:48 PM     3

My mom is doing some work in the Pittsburg area and staying in Antioch. I am trying to put together a packet of info for her about food options in the area.

Looking for options that are mid-price range, comfortable for her to go to alone (though she does not have any hangups about that).

Suggestions I have compiled from this site:

The New Mecca, Pittsburg
DJ's Bistro, Concord (don't know if this is too far for her to go)
The Wunderbar, Antioch. I saw a reference to this on the site, but cannot find any address or phone info. Anyone have further info?!?
Casa Orinda, if she can manage it. I might go meet her for that meal!

What do you all think of my list? Any additions? Thanks.

P.S. She was up here last week and had a meal that she loved at Ristorante Venticello in Pittsburg. I am going to try and get her to write more about it, and will post.
