Questions for Induction cooking experts re: Le Creuset Griddle/Grill

Macladybug | Feb 10, 201407:18 PM     23

My new Electrolux Induction stove arrives this week and I'm very excited. I've been studying everyones comments and tips on induction cooking.

Does anyone have experience using the Le Creuset Cast-Iron Reversible Griddle/Grill with their induction range? Mine has a bridge function to join two 7" hobs so I'm hoping the Griddle will fit over both hobs and work.

On the Williams Sonoma site there were a lot of complaints but those were mostly involving radiant ceramic cooktops.

So has anyone bought it? What are the results? Also if you have any magic tips for an "induction" newbie, I'm all ears.
