Questions for Highland Parkers/Eagle Rock/South Pas

There are a few places near my home that I have yet to try and have been curious about for a while. Any insight into:

Timbos- located on Avenue 64 above York. This place has reinvented itself several times- and although I did try their bland Mexican food when it was called something else, I haven't been since they changed the name to Timbos and put up a logo proclaiming something about California Cusine. Has anyone tried?

Munch Co- located on Mission in South Pas, same side of the street as Buster's. The 2 times I walked into this place, I have walked out because the older lady working the counter pretty much pretended I wasn't there as she talked to the only other customer standing there (different person on both ocassions). I literally stood there for a good 10 minutes and even cleared my throat, but she just ignored me. Their coldcuts and bread doesn't look any different what I have in my own fridge. What's the story with this place and how on earth do they stay in business??

Papa Don's Delicatessen. Located on Pasadena Ave right near the train tracks. This place never seems to be open. Anything decent served here?

Panang Thai. Just never got around to going since the Thai place next to Cafe Beaujolais is pretty good. Food any good? How is the grease level?

Jade East Chinese restaurant on York just below Meridian. Has anyone ever tried? Uber greasy or decent?

House of Coffee next to Senor Fish, across from Trader Joe's on Mission. I noticed they have signs stating they have sandwiches, etc. Has anyone tried?

Bee's Knee's Bakery on Colorado near Stoney Point. When are they ever open? Do they have good breakfasts?

Ok, I think that covers the mysterious places for now.
