when im making some bread i always try to make a lil extra since im already spending the time etc. but i dont want to over crowd the oven or anything.
Would it be ok to let the second batch proof longer then the first ?
is this generally a no no ?
or should i let it rise longer and then proof it a lil before i put the other bread in?
Would an extended rise or proofing be hurtful to the bread?
