Question about Wahoo's Fish Tacos

JB | Apr 25, 2006 06:53 PM

Business associate has announced he will take me to take me to Wahoo's Fish Tacos for lunch during my upcoming visit.

Here's my question...
Which is the 'cool' way at Wahoo's to specify the fish in a fish taco...
flamebroiled, or blackened?

Just as someone in NY should order a "slice" of pizza (and not a "small pie"), and someone in Philadelphia should order a cheesesteak with "Melted [Cheese]'Wiz" (and not American cheese), I don't want to look like I just fell off a turnip truck and into Wahoo's.

Thanks...

(P.S. -- I already know to order white rice and black beans.)
