A question about the "secret" Teriyaki House on Pico

Cisco Kid | Feb 16, 200301:32 PM     12

Any lawyers here (a dumb question huh!) who can answer the following question: Can a restaurant that isn't a "private club" refuse admittance to a legitimate customor wanting to dine there?
#2: Can a restaurant be "private" for members only
#3: What exactly is the legal status of the "We reserve the right...etc.", referring to the management refusing to serve a potential customer
#4: Really a comment--from the description this joint sounds like it's owned by the Yacuzza (Sp.), Japanese mafia, so should one approach the place with ones own Uzi?

I for one would be grateful if some legal eagle could give definitive answers to the above and thanks.
